• Appointment or callback request: your first name, last name, phone number, address and, where provided, your message.
• Audience measurement: pages viewed, visit source, language and device type. Your IP address is never stored — it is turned into an irreversible anonymous identifier.

The site requires no customer account: we store no visitor passwords.

Your data is used only to process your order requests, to contact you about an appointment, to send you your confirmation and purchase order, and to improve how the site works. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

The site uses a temporary session identifier, stored in your browser, to measure traffic in aggregate. No advertising cookies or targeting-based tracking are used.
